Now that we have decided to close BARF after our final convoy wjhich will take place in October 2010, I thought it might be of interest to read my diary for the very first BARF convoy which took place in November / December 1998. It was a very difficult journey, fraught with problems and extremely frustrating but, nonetheless it was a great achievement. We have since completed no less than 28 convoys in the last 12 years and we believe it has all been worthwhile.
